Practice Areas

Ted Fenasci serves as the Assistant Chair of the Commercial Litigation Section for the Firm and has over 20 years of complex litigation experience in both state and federal venues throughout Louisiana. A mainstay of Ted’s practice has been business litigation, implicating an array of subjects including lease and contract disputes, business torts, business entity litigation, and banking and lending litigation. Ted’s practice also includes oil-and-gas and environmental litigation throughout Louisiana. He is licensed to practice in Texas, all state and federal courts in Louisiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
